Rules of the Maxim service bonus program


​1. The rules are addressed to any user of the TUDA mobile application, they are an official offer of the TUDA service and contain all the conditions of the bonus program.

2. Terms and definitions used in the rules.
2.1. “Participant” means a user of the TUDA mobile application.
2.2. “New Participant” means a user who has installed the TUDA application for the first time, did not previously make any orders through the application (from the phone number linked to the app) and did not activate promo codes of the TUDA service
2.3. “Promo Code” means a sequence of letters and numbers generated in the application and intended for individual use by the participants of the bonus program or for exchange among the participants of the bonus program. The promo code is the identifier of its sender and recipient, the bonus provided and participation in promotions of the TUDA service. It can be used only in the country for which it is generated. To activate the promo code, you need to enter it in the appropriate field in the TUDA application.
2.4. “Rupiah bonus” means a conventional unit calculated in Indonesian Rupiah (1 Rupiah bonus  is equal to 1 IDR), which can be used as a discount of up to 30% to pay for orders at available rates. Rupiah bonus may not be exchanged for cash and have a limited period of use established by these rules.
2.5. “Personal Account” means an online account of a user of the TUDA application generated by the TUDA service, in which advance payments and amounts of money withheld (debited) from these payments are recorded as payment for orders at available rates.
2.6. “Promo” means a various advertising and marketing activities announced by TUDA service, in order to participate in this promotion, users can get promo codes, discounts, or other privileges in the manner determined by this rule.
3. Types of bonuses.
3.1. “First Bonus.” A new participant enters in the TUDA application a promo code taken from the promotional materials of the TUDA service. After successful activation of the promo code, the amount specified in the promotional material is credited to the account of the new participant and can be used to pay for orders at available rates within 90 days from the moment of crediting.
3.2. “Gift for a Friend.” A participant generates a personal promo code in the TUDA application and shares it with a new participant by any possible means. After activation of the promo code in the application installed on his/her mobile device, the new participant receives 10.000 Rupiah bonus. The participant receives 10.000 Rupiah bonus for each successful activation of his/her personal promo code by new participants, provided that new participants within 90 days have made minimum 3 paid orders at available rates, created through the TUDA application. Rupiah bonus are credited to personal accounts of users and can be used to pay for orders at available rates within 90 days from the moment of crediting.
3.3. “Promotion of Promo Code.” A user of the TUDA application receives a promo code for participation in a promotional offer of the TUDA service. After activation of the promo code, the user becomes a participant of the promotional offer. Rupiah bonus are not credited for the activation. The user of the TUDA application will be additionally informed about the period and procedure for activation of the promo code, as well as about the conditions, procedure and period of the promotional offer.
3.4. “Prize Promo Code.” A user of the TUDA application receives a promo code as a prize based on the results of participation in a promotional offer of the TUDA service. After activation of the promo code, Rupiah bonus are credited to the personal account of the user and can be used to pay for orders at available rates. The amount of Rupiah bonus and the period of their use are determined by the conditions of the promotional offer.
3.5. “Gift Promo Code.” A user of the TUDA application generates a promo code using the “Create a gift promo code” button and specifies its nominal value in Rupiah bonus him-/herself. The amount of money in IDR, equivalent to the amount of Rupiah bonus, is debited from the personal account or the linked bank card of the user. The user communicates his/her promo code by any possible means to a recipient, who can activate the promo code. After activation, the Rupiah bonus that make up the nominal value of the gift promo code are credited to the recipient’s personal account.
4. The TUDA service informs about the rules, periods and conditions of bonus programs in the TUDA application and on the website tu-da.com.
